Employees are encouraged to phone the EAP services to arrange for a Face-to-Face or Telephonic Counseling whenever necessary. 4 counseling sessions (either Face-to-Face or Telephonic) are available for each employee per annum. Additional sessions or alternative arrangements can be arranged. The number of counseling sessions offered per year could be different based on the needs of corporation. |
